FEATHER RIVER

The Feather River opens April 3rd from the A-23 bridge down to the Mohawk bridge. There are new regulations on the middle fork of the Feather River. November 16th to the last Saturday in April, the river remains open. Please note there is a zero limit and anglers must use artificial flies with barbless lures.

LAKE DAVIS

Ice fishing season is basically over. Open water from Mallard Cove to the end of the lake.

FRENCHMAN RESERVOIR

Lake is almost completely thawed, but the water level is low. Anglers should try fly fishing with natural pheasant tails and prince nymphs.

LAKES BASIN

The road is closed at the staging area. Do not attempt to drive thru. All lakes basin access is by snowmobile only.
