Mountain Hardware & Sports was awarded the National ESOP Association Annual Award for Communications Excellence in Employee Ownership Marketing at the national conference in Washington, DC on May 10th.

The Communications Excellence Award was awarded to us for our consistent marketing efforts with employee ownership. The award is given to anyone who promotes the message of employee ownership in all advertising outlets, including print, television, online and social media. A panel of ESOP representatives selects the winners each year and we were proud to be able to have Doug Wright, Heather Svahn, Julie Bedford and Maria Norton accept the award on behalf of the employee-owners at Mountain Hardware & Sports.

In addition to this national recognition by the ESOP Association, Mountain Hardware & Sports has also recently become a certified employee-owned business by Certified EO, an independent certification organization.
