We’re excited to announce that Village Ace Hardware in Incline Village is now part of the Mountain Hardware and Sports family! Being able to continue the vision of our four original founders with the outstanding staff from Village Ace Hardware is very exciting for all of us. We are proud to call them our fellow employee-owners and look forward to providing the same great service along with our unique and robust product selection to the Incline Village community.

The History of Village Ace Hardware

Since opening in 1974 by the Falke Family, Village Ace Hardware has been a steadfast supplier to the Incline Village and surrounding communities. Their reputation for service & know-how with a friendly smile precedes itself. You can count like clockwork on Bill Lassaline, the General Manager to be serving hot dogs every Memorial Day weekend and greeting everyone with a smile. The entire Village Ace Hardware staff serves their community with this same dedication and friendly attitude. We look forward to what the members of the Falke family do in their new ventures, and we intend to keep the foundation of what they built for the Incline Village community growing for decades to come.

The Same Village Ace Hardware You Know and Love, Plus More

With Village Ace Hardware already having a strong foundation, this new partnership creates an exciting future for both the current staff and the Incline Village community. Both of us are looking forward to growing together and expanding the Village Ace Hardware product selection over the upcoming months and seasons by bringing in the variety of goods you see regularly with us. We’re excited to be able to bring in more expansive hardware & tools, footwear, patio furniture, home decor, outdoor apparel, and sporting goods selections into the store. Providing more items for your homes, workplaces, and mountain lifestyles.

With this additional product selection in the works, we are expanding the footprint of the store into the existing Pet Station location. This transition will start as Pet Station moves to its new location. We hope to have a temporary shopping solution in the early part of summer where we can show more categories within the expanded space. Toward the end of 2022 and into 2023, you will see Mountain Hardware and Sports Incline Village, Inc. take shape.
