The Acme Lull & Porter Mortise Hinges 88-373 are designed to be mortised into the jamb of the window and the shutter.

The hinge is designed to stay in the open position, however a shutter tie-back is recommended.

A complete set of (2) left handed and (2) right handed hinges, along with (2) traditional latches are included. No screws.
