If you need help accesssing your in-house account, requesting an account, or need to know how to pay our bill, we're here to help you and your business.

Sign Up or Request Online Access for Your In-House Account

Signing Up for an In-House Account

Email ar@mtnhws.com and request an application to sign up for your in-house account, or stop by our Donner Pass location (11320 Donner Pass Rd. Truckee, CA) to pick up an application in person.

Authorizing More Users on My In-House Account

Using the link in the sidebar "Authorized to Charge", you can add, delete, or update info on those authorized to charge on your in-house account.

Log in My Account

To login to your existing in-house account online, visit the house account home page.

Request Online Access to Your In-House Account

NOTE: An existing in-house account is needed to complete this online access request.

  1. Navigate to the account.mountainhardwareandsports.com and click on "Sign up to access to your existing in-house account online."
  2. Complete all information fields. For personal accounts, enter your full name in the company field. Once complete, click send request.
  3. Verify that you receive the following message" "This application has been sent. Once it has been approved, you will be emailed your password to access the site."
  4. You will receive an email from mtnhdw.ar@gmail.com noting that your application has been received. Please check your spam folders if you don't see it in your inbox.
  5. Once approved, typically within 2 business days, you will receive another email with your username and password, along with a direct link to log into your account.
  6. Log in to your account at account.mountainhardwareandsports.com  
  7. Once logged in, you will see your profile. You can change your password and update your profile as needed.

Paying and Viewing My Balance on My In-House Account

Viewing Your Balance

See the amount due for your current billing month and any amounts past due by clicking the "Balances" link in the sidebar on the left.

Viewing Past Statements

See a history of your statements from previous months using the link in the sidebar "Statements". Click on any date to open the statement. From there you may also generate a PDF of all of the invoices on your statement.

Paying My Balance

To pay your balance online, select "Balances" in the sidebar menu.

We accept the following payment methods for in-house accounts:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ACH, or check.


Navigating the In-House Account Page

NAVIGATION - Main Menu

If you need to return to the home page of the website or access some of our other important pages, use the top main menu.

NAVIGATION - Sidebar Menu

BALANCES
View your current balance on your account and any past due amounts.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION
View your account name, address, phone number, and payment terms. If you need to have any of this information updated, please email the accounting team at ar@mtnhws.com

DOCUMENTS
Search your past transactions. If you need to look at specific transactions for a date range or certain day, this is where you would do it.

HISTORY
Search past items you've purchased for a specific job or items you've purchased at a specific store.

STATEMENTS
An overview of your current and past paid statements.

USER ADMIN
Change your password, username, or update your profile settings.

AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE
Add or delete users authorized to charge on your account.

Authorizing Another Person to Charge to My Account

Only admins can add user to an account. If you need to add another person on your in-house account, you can add them online by selecting "Authorized to Charge" on the sidebar.

  1. Click "Add Contact"
  2. Add the person's information you would like to add on to the account.
  3. On the top right, make sure to select "Authorized to Charge"
  4. Click save.

The new user will now be able to charge to your house account.

Removing a Person from My Account

Only admins will be able to delete users from an account. If you need to remove a person from your in-house account, you can remove them similar to the way you add them. Selecting "Authorized to Charge" on the sidebar.

  1. Find the contact you want to delete.
  2. Select the trash can icon next to the person's name.
  3. Click delete in the pop up box.

The new user will no longer be able to charge to your house account.
